sensarasuede.com uses cookies only for Google Analytics, and only if you accept them. If you decline or make no choice, no cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. We use no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Two small entries in your browser's own storage make the site work as you left it.
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep. Similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, keep information in the browser in the same way. Under EU law (the ePrivacy Directive, as applied in Portugal by Law 41/2004) a website may store or read such information without consent only when it is strictly necessary for a service you asked for. Anything else, such as analytics cookies, needs your consent first.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Cookie, Google Analytics, only with your consent | Tells visitors apart so that a repeat visit is counted once. | 13 months |
| _ga_GEYP1GJY4M | Cookie, Google Analytics, only with your consent | Keeps track of the current visit. | 13 months |
| sensara-consent | Local storage | Remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies. | 12 months, then we ask again |
| sensara-sound | Session storage | Remembers whether you switched the film's sound on or off during this visit. | Until you close the tab |
The two Google Analytics cookies are set only after you click Accept. The other two entries are strictly necessary for choices you made on the site and contain no personal data, so they do not require consent.
With your consent we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited as our processor, to see which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and which devices they use. Google signals, advertising features and data sharing with Google are switched off, and the data is deleted after 14 months.
Whether or not you accept, we also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., our hosting processor. It sets no cookies, keeps nothing on your device, does not fingerprint your browser and stores no IP address or other personal data. It records only aggregate figures: page views, the referring site, the country, the device type and the page load time. More in our Privacy Policy, sections 02 and 05.
Your current choice on this browser: no choice yet.
You can change your mind at any time, here or with Cookie settings at the foot of the home page. Declining after accepting deletes the Google Analytics cookies from this site.
Apart from Google Analytics, which loads only if you accept it, the website embeds no third-party content: no social media widgets, no maps, no video players from other services. Fonts, images and films are served from our own hosting. Links to other websites, such as LinkedIn or the websites of Carlom and Meisheng Group, take you to sites with their own cookie policies, which we do not control.
Besides the choice above, you can delete cookies and clear session and local storage at any time from your browser's settings, usually under privacy or site data, or browse in a private window. Clearing them resets the sound setting, and the cookie notice shows once more.
If we add a cookie, we will list it here before it is used and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first. The date at the top shows the latest version.
