This website uses no advertising or marketing trackers. We process personal data only in these cases:
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) strictly to serve the site securely. Whether or not you accept analytics cookies, we count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device and stores no IP address or other personal data; it records only aggregate figures such as page views, the referring site, the country and the page load time. We do not use analytics data for advertising, we do not combine it with other data about you and we make no automated decisions about you.
Enquiries: to answer you, to provide samples or technical documentation and to maintain the business relationship you asked for. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to professional enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Launch notice list: to send you the launch announcement and invitations to meet the SENSARA team at launch events, such as IZB 2026 in Wolfsburg. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you gave by ticking the box next to the email field. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@sensarasuede.com. Withdrawing does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
Analytics cookies: to learn which pages and content are useful and to improve the site. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Article 5 of Portuguese Law 41/2004), given by clicking Accept in the cookie notice. You can withdraw it at any time with Cookie settings at the foot of the home page or on our Cookie Policy page; withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies.
Correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, or as required by law.
The launch notice list is kept until the launch announcement and the launch events have taken place, and for no longer than 31 December 2026. If you withdraw your consent earlier, we delete your address within 30 days of your request.
Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted automatically. The analytics cookies expire after 13 months, and we ask for your cookie choice again after 12 months.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as our processor under its Data Processing Addendum. The launch notice list is stored in a Cloudflare database located in the European Union.
Contact form messages, their acknowledgements and launch messages are sent through Resend, acting as our processor, which receives your details only to deliver those messages.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics is provided by Google Ireland Limited, acting as our processor under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms. Data sharing with Google for its own purposes, Google signals and advertising features are switched off.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Only authorised staff of the SENSARA partners who need it to answer you or to send the launch message can access it.
The launch notice list is stored in the European Union. Cloudflare may process technical request data through its global network, Resend is based in the United States and Google may process analytics data in the United States. Where any of these involves a transfer outside the European Economic Area, it is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
SENSARA's partner Meisheng Group is based in China. Enquiries that concern production or supply there may be shared with the relevant SENSARA team members in China, under the same contractual safeguards.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. The connection to this website is encrypted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data in line with current good practice.
This website uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. Its only cookies are those of Google Analytics, and they are set only if you click Accept in the cookie notice. Fonts, images and films are served from our own hosting. Without your consent, the only outside request is the Cloudflare Web Analytics script described in section 02, provided by our hosting processor; it reads and stores nothing on your device.
The site also keeps two small entries in your browser: whether you switched the film's sound on or off (session storage, gone when you close the tab) and your cookie choice (local storage, for 12 months). Neither holds personal data and neither is sent to us. The contact form talks only to this website; the message is passed on to Resend from our server, not from your browser.
